CRITICAL – 24 hours

$350/hr

Changes will be investigated/resolved within 24 hours of logging a request.

They will either be resolved or an email will be sent if they are beyond three hours work.

Suitable for:

  • website is down
  • e-commerce issue
  • payment gateway issue
  • you’ve been hacked
  • retrieve deleted content

QUICK – 48 hours

$250/hr

Changes will be investigated/resolved within 48 hours of logging a request.

An email will be sent if this looks to be beyond three hours work. 

Suitable for:

  • serious issues that need addressing promptly
  • logging in issue
  • removing and stopping site spam

Normal – 1 week

$150/hr

Investigation/changes will be made within 1 week of logging a request.

They will either be resolved or an email will be sent if they are beyond three hours work.

Suitable for:

  • non-urgent remedial work that does not impact clients too much or your brand perception/website experience
  • removing and stopping site spam
  • training / how to questions

Agreement
By ticking YES to this agreement you are agreeing that you have read, understood and will adhere to the conditions of our Help Desk.

A few important points to note:

  • All alterations, fixes, problem identification, resolution and testing is charged by the hour.
  • During our work to resolve an issue different, unforeseen issues, can arise that will add time to your job. These issues will be additional to any quoted time/cost on your project and we’ll notify you immediately.
  • If we discover the issue will take over 3 hours we will notify you before proceeding further.
  • Minimum half an hour charge.
  • Charges are tiered in different rates of urgency, see above.
  • Our Website Services clients, get a 20% discount on all changes. Contact us for more information if you wish to subscribe.
  • The time is related to business hours. I.e a 4pm submission on a Friday for Critical will be addressed by 4pm Monday.
