With 10 years experience in brand building and marketing/communications roll out with the likes of Nestle, API Consumer brands and Evolu Skincare, she knows how to keep business or organisation growth in mind. Unveiling the core needs of a brand and analysing insights from clients and markets is her passion.

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Lance joined the re:brand’s team as our Auckland based Account Director. With over 30 years of experience across advertising, branding, design, and consumer engagement, his mission is to foster collaboration and ensure the seamless delivery of impactful projects. As both a multi-award winning creative and client partner, Lance brings valuable insights into design, strategy, and audience engagement. His passion lies in working closely with clients and creatives to bring ideas and solutions to life—ones that truly connect with their audience.

ROB MCALISTER
DESIGN DIRECTOR

Rob is the design and production manager based in Wellington. With 35 years experience, this is backed up with multiple web design awards. He has specialised experience in typography, graphic design, publications, web design, packaging and point of sale. Rob was at the forefront of the digital Mac evolution into the graphic design industry. From there, he developed a strong interest in typographic trends and innovation in visual communication.

DAVID JOHNSON
WEB DIRECTOR

Based in Wellington, David serves as our lead digital developer. Possessing over 30 years of experience in web development, he has honed his expertise in various areas, including coding, SEO, WordPress, server configuration, website security, and e-commerce. David is highly skilled at communicating complex web concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner. In addition, as an enthusiastic member of various web communities, he stays up-to-date with the latest digital trends.

ADAM ERRINGTON
CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Adam is the creative director and project manager based in Wellington. (Iwi Ngāti Raukawa.) With 28 years experience under his belt, he has won multiple branding, design and illustration awards. He has specialised experience in advertising, visual identity, Maori design, logos, infographics, illustration, copywriting and web design. He loves the challenge of taking an abstract business concept and communicating it visually.
