We believe branding is a business process.
Traditionally the brand process was create a creative brief then do a visual identity.
We believe the branding process encompasses a whole business so we can deliver true value back to the organisation. This we believe starts with research and insights, flows in to strategy and positioning. We then look at culture and staff engagements. This is followed by customer experience. This is then all tied up to how the visual identity tells this story. This, we know, produces the most value for the business stakeholders, the staff and the customer.
The visual identity is simply one output of a branding process. Some our our clients have seen huge value in, and changed their business quite dramatically, through our business branding process so that their strategy, positioning, culture, customer experience and identity all align.
